We understand things happen. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us (865) 440-2082. There is no cancellation fee and we will refund your deposit if cancelled 72 hours prior your arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours, the deposit can be used for a future reservation. No shows, no deposit back.
Prices are based on 4 people occupancy. Additional guests $3.00 per night. Max. stay 29 nights. No Monthly Rates. One Night Stays are welcome on RV Sites.

We close on January 3rd, 2022 for maintenance. We will reopen on March 1st, 2022
We are pet friendly but strongly adhere to no aggressive breeds. If your dog shows any aggression you will be asked to keep it in the RV. If there are two instances of aggression you will be asked to leave, forfeiting your deposit in full.
